Ashley Coon Earning his undergraduate degree in fine arts (painting and sculpture), Ashley's approach to architecture and design is colored by an emphasis on hybridizing disparate elements within design while achieving aesthetic cohesiveness. His proficiency in both painting and digital rendering software enables him to provide dramatic and interesting visualizations that are either photo-realistically accurate or more loosely conceptually driven. Ashley holds a Masters of Architecture from UCLA and prior to starting StudioReverse worked in the office of Neil Denari in Los Angeles as well as Building Studio in New Orleans. Joshua Howell Joshua is fluent in many digital fabrication techniques, specializing in CNC milling and vacuum forming. Joshua has worked in the offices of Pugh+Scarpa Architects, Greg Lynn FORM, SERVO, as well as collaborated with sculptor Cliff Garten. Projects include a new middle school in Grand Blanc Michigan, a 700,000 square meter high-rise development in South Korea, multi-family residential projects in Los Angeles and art installations around the US. In addition, Joshua has worked on the design and fabrication of products and furniture while with Greg Lynn FORM. His undergraduate background is in Architecture and Graphic Design, and he received a Masters in Architecture from UCLA. While in graduate school, he earned several design awards including the Carlin Glucksman Endowed Fellowship for Excellence in Design. Joshua has taught computer graphics and CNC fabrication at UCLA. Elizabeth Wendell Elizabeth has developed a strong interest in sustainable architecture, networked systems, digital design, and urban design through her professional and academic career. She has worked at the offices of Morphosis, Graft and Studio Zero.Ten in Los Angeles, as well as Van Meter Williams Pollack in San Francisco. Works include proposals for the New U.S. Embassy in London, the Seoul Performing Arts Centers, the King Abdullah Energy Studies and Research Center, an urban design proposal for Madrid, a 1500 person pool deck in Las Vegas, a house/gallery in Los Angeles, as well as several other projects spanning multiple scales. Her designs have received several accolades including the Alumni Fellowship for excellence in design and the Gold Key Hospitality Award for her work at Graft. Her work has been featured internationally in design magazines and exhibitions. While at UCLA she helped teach graduate courses in Sustainable Architecture and Structures. She holds a Masters in Architecture from UCLA and a BA in Visual Arts and Computer Science from Bowdoin College in Maine and also studied architecture at DIS at Københavns Universitet, DK.
